Opera Software released Opera version 21, the latest entry in the series on a computer web browser Opera. Opera 21 just smarter to just faster than its previous versions, and introduce new features for developers as well as customers. 

Some notable changes in the latest version of Opera: 

- Update the kernel - Chromium to the latest version is 30. 
- Allows users to mount - battery tabs on the control rod different (to help people from getting off the wrong tabs needed). 
- Fixed security bug of version 16. 
- Increase the speed and stability.
